Licensed full-time real estate professional since 2005, Michelle had enjoyed a successful career in new home construction sales for Kennedy Homes & Richmond American prior to joining RE/MAX Suburban. Frankie, licensed full-time real estate professional since 2006 joined Michelle after a successful career in sales & marketing in the environmental services industry for over 18 years, also proudly serving our country as a soldier in the US Army for 7 Years. The Nunez Homes Team was established in 2013 with a mission to assist sellers, buyers and investors throughout the Lake, McHenry and Northern Cook County Areas.
Together, we have additional certifications to support you in the home selling and buying process including Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), e-PRO, Real Estate Negotiations Expert (RENE), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Staging Consultant (CSC) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP).
Michelle enjoys gardening, designing flower arrangements, creating unique gifts, and visiting art festivals. As a native New Yorker from the Bronx, Frankie enjoys fishing, reading and being in the outdoors. Married to Frankie since 1999, together they enjoy going to museums, amusement parks, botanical gardens & zoos!
